Description
I have to be the first one to admit that I never drink DECAF; however, this one is something different. I happened upon it when a friend asked if we could provide a decaf option for his shop. This is a full-bodied cup that I have tricked more than one into thinking it was a regular cup of caffeinated coffee. For those on a regimen or those just looking to take a caffeine break without losing the coffee taste – Amazing cup of DECAF!!
Sidamo is one of the zones of the Oromia Region of Southern Ethiopia known for producing some amazing natural coffees. This coffee tends to showcase some nice fruit-forward characteristics with a medium body.
Delicate, sweet orange aromatics introduce the cupper’s imagination to a perfectly balanced coffee. Delicate acidity blended with flavors of cherry and milk chocolate are a precursor to a dense and interestingly textured body.
